Mostly troubleshooting and providing operational instructions involving primarily disk-management related issues and tasks, including but not limited to Windows Server/Workstation partitioning, physical bare-metal backup & restore, VMware ESXi & Microsoft Hyper-V backup & restore, RAID, system virtualization/migration/conversion (i.e. P2V, restoring to dissimilar hardware, converting from Legacy (MBR) to UEFI (GPT) OS System boot), system preparation/imaging, WinPE/Linux recovery environments, disk integrity, network communication/security, forward/reverse DNS resolution, full disk encryption (i.e. Bitlocker), OS boot repair, and file system drivers. Also performed pre-sales product demonstrations and consulting to ensure the software solution would fit the customer's needs.

Utilized Device Manager, Services, Task Manager, Event Viewer, and proprietary application logs to troubleshoot biometric software and hardware, trained customers how to use the software via phone or traveling onsite, and ensured adherence to procedures internally and externally in order to comply with both company and Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) security policies. Also imaged systems, catered the Windows environment for the application, and configured the software for transmission of encrypted fingerprint-based transactions to the intended government recipient. Wrote and thoroughly tested many simple and complex scripts (both on and off the clock) to automate and simplify tasks, effectively saving the company time and money.

Diagnosed and repaired computer technical problems such as malfunctioning programs, hardware failure, and viral infection. Set up printer/LAN networking and also set up system redundancies to secure important customer data, such as credit card numbers and contact information. Other responsibilities include: receiving products, stocking shelves, customer service, and delivery.

Processed incoming shipments. Primary responsibilities included: unpacking product, organizing/sorting the products according to strictly set color/letter/numbering standards, stocking warehouse shelves, replenishing store stock, assisting customers, and driving products via U-Haul to and from an offsite storage facility.
