Responsible for managing and growing a $140M P&L across five states across the Mid-Atlantic Region (SC, NC, VA, MD, DC) for Medtronic Spine & Biologics.Responsibilities include:♦ Supervising 5 District Managers, two Distributor Principals, and a team of Specialty Sales Reps. ♦ Recruiting new reps and distributors, driving new technology through surgeon-led labs, overseeing contract negotiations, and hiring new managers and reps. ♦ Improving performance across the entire region – approximately 85 personnel.♦ Driving Strategy and execution for Implant, Biologics and Large Capital SalesAdditionally, I participate in multiple Employee Resource Groups, professional development teams, and leadership panels. Key Accounts: Atrium/Advocate, Duke, UNC Health, Wake Forest Baptist, UVA Heath, Prisma, VCU Health, HCA, Johns Hopkins, Ascension, Medstar, CHS, Bon Secours, Novant, Georgetown, to name a few.A few of my notable achievements include:➡️ Finished FY24 at 9.8% growth on a $140M quota by focusing on strategic growth drivers, such as customer engagement, cadaveric labs and new tech training for reps.➡️ Led region to achieve the highest volume of successful spinal robotics cases and new product adoption. ➡️ Effectively led through two restructurings to ensure continued service and sales execution.
