• Provided tier 2 service support to over 70 remote locations within the Department of Justice-Executive Office for Immigration Review in addition to break/fix support at the Executive Office for Immigration review headquarters in Falls Church, VA. • Directed break/fix site visits in addition to planning and coordinating brand new digital audio recording systems implementations within EOIR courtrooms that span across the US including Saipan and Puerto Rico.• Conducted quality control and quality assurance amongst all DAR equipment and software before it is deployed to any of the≈ 340 courtrooms that are within ≈70+ EOIR site locations.• Monitor, maintain and allocate all incoming helpdesk tickets using Heat Ticket monitoring software in addition to Business reporting and providing weekly ticket status updates to Project Managers.• Conducted daily monitoring of all digital audio recording middle tier servers in addition to our central servers to assure that there are no connectivity issues as well as run pre-existing SQL queries that check the status of the audio file uploading to the DAR mid-tier servers which integrate with the EOIR web application CASE .
