Served as the executive officer responsible for business development and business operations with customers at the Federal Aviation Administration and Departments of Commerce, Transportation, Treasury, State, and Defense.

Planned and led the organization of the Commerce business division, including establishment of management structure, organizational and operational roles and responsibilities, employee training standards, and financial management control mechanisms.

Developed curriculum, managed logistics, and conducted training on a nationwide basis for firms doing business with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Served as a Contracting Officer (CO) for major systems acquisitions through all phases of the procurement process from requirements definition through contract award.
