I have acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems at the University of Northern Iowa and have many years of hands on experience supporting computer and software environments. My experience includes installing operating systems, repairing servers, desktops, and laptops as well as performing system upgrades to get the system functioning at full capacity with Tip5 Communications, Curries Manufacturing and Crystal Distribution. I have assisted clients by helping them learn how to use their new systems and have managed and worked with international teams with all forms of communication. I have experience I have excellent problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Throughout my experiences, gained knowledge of programming languages, networks and technology infrastructures and am confident in making recommendations to help improve existing systems and possess extensive knowledge of MS Office programs. I also have excellent troubleshooting abilities and experience helping clients with their technical problems by phone, email and live chat. I have very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to speak in a clear, concise manner and to explain technical matters in a way that non-technical individuals can understand. I work well as part of a group and follow the lead of others but am also self-motivated and able to work alone and meet deadlines.
