- Provide technical application expertise to Global System Fabricators/End Users for all products offered. - Provide detailed accurate quotations, order releases, change orders and order support.- Work directly with customers and Sales Representatives to confirm order details to avoid delays in order processing.- Provide application phone/site support. Insure that customers are responded to immediately.- Identify proper equipment needs of customer and analyze the integration of PI equipment into customers' existing operations.- Travel to customer site to assist Sales Representatives in determining technical solutions to customer’s needs as required.- Create quotations and document customer communications utilizing Sales Logix per company policy- Participate at trade shows and networking sessions to generate more contacts and leads- Assures completeness of technical and commercial documentation for order entry.- Complete Cost based quoting for custom applications with focus on achieving cost/profit targets- Performs other duties as required as business needs evolve to serve customers and meet project deadlines.-Familiar with Sales Force and Oracle
