Over 20 years of experience in supporting, managing, and configuring the end user desktop environment. Extensive knowledge of SCCM for OSD, patch and application packaging and deployment. Provided leadership to desktop team and tier 3 technical expertise of software and hardware to all field and support personnel. Application provides a backup of data, allows staff to view and print the patient information, and logs the backups to a database. • Wrote application that monitors the backup database and alerts support staff when backups have not been performed in proper time frame.• Used various programing and scripting languages to automate support tasks that included multiple steps allowing the technicians to focus on other tasks during the process and increasing productivity.• Designed, implemented, and administered our first SCCM (SMS) system in 2005.• Designed and managed a testing environment and put together and managed a team from various departments to perform testing of applications and updates prior to deployment.• Designed, implemented, and administered a LANDesk environment from 2003 – 2005.
