Phases 1-4 -Performed potential PIM analysis for AT&T FirstNet project by researching RFDS plumbing diagrams, CAD plans, and site survey photographs to identify and report top offenders of PIM. -Provided project management and technical support. Trained and mentored 12-15 engineers from GSC Mexico & India to increase productivity and quality through all 4 phases. -PIM report review and validation support for all markets.• Verizon: ECIP0 Site Engineering Team -Identify existing eNb equipment, and provide inventory of necessary equipment needed to add PCS-LTE and 850-LTE technologies for each site. Efficiently used MapInfo while operating the planning tool. •Created traffic maps used to determine pop coverage from Census data.
