Part of the team responsible for quantity take off, planning and estimation of bids for civil demolition, asbestos and lead abatement and hazardous materials disposal work for one of the five largest demolition contractors in the United States, with MATOCs in every district in the country.

Responsible for day to day management/coordination of many civil projects in and around the Anchorage Bowl, both private and public work, ranging from ~$250K to $24M+, often from bid phase to completion. Roads, airport apron/taxiway with dynamic compaction, underground utility projects, and general site improvements for commercial and public work. Coordination and management with field personnel and project management teams in a public entity setting, including pay application and quantity tracking.

Civil Construction estimating experience includes quantification and/or take-offs for cut/fills, general site work, utilities, structural foundations preparation, and both structural and non-structural subgrades. Project Management experience includes coordination with ownership, engineer, and/or general contractor, as well as any day to day requirements for KC Alaska's representation in current, past and future work which encompass a wide variety of private, public and government projects in and around Alaska.
