In this role, I report to the CFO; manage the Financial Planning & Analysis support team in all facets of supporting core operating team and corporate office regarding Property Operations, Sales, Marketing and development. I manage budget cycle, forecasts, and monthly financial analysis. I develop standard reporting and analysis and operating models. I drive mentoring, coaching, and performance management. I also generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on finance, sales, marketing, capital expenditures along with development models and cost monitoring.

In this role, I report to Vice President, Strategic Planning & Analysis; supervise 7-member Operations Decision Support team in all facets of supporting core operating teams and corporate offices regarding Property Operations, Sales, and Marketing. I manage budget cycle, forecasts, and monthly financial analysis. I develop standard reporting and analysis on new systems including newly launched web applications and telephone applications. I drive training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management. During my time here, I conducted thorough reviews of budget templates, managed new-hire orientation, and established annual budget calendar and program. I also delivered monthly consolidated financial reporting to CEO, VPs and AVPs. I prepared quarterly performance reports for BOD.
