•Manage day-to-day service activities for up to 20 Field Service Engineers for eastern US region.•Work in conjunction with Sales staff to negotiate new service contracts and develop T&M business•Responsible for 400 + contract assets equaling more than $5 Million in annual revenue and additional revenue of $600K /yr in billable T&M business•Assist with developing in-house service module software for dispatch, parts tracking, and service ticket entry•Contributed to defining new service contract requirements, formats, and T&C's for MR / CT / Ultrasound / Mammo

•Manage daily service activities of Field Service Engineers within a multi-state region. •Interface with Corporate Operations and Sales Teams, providing professional input and data to aid them with existing customers and future sales. •Continued to develop a network of sources for replacement parts and outside labor to lower operating expenses. Responsible for increasing the ability to have parts and coils repaired, saving the cost of replacement.•Developed and maintained an on-line Call Center. All service calls were accessible by the Engineers on-line to report time and material used, and to provide a report to the customer. This data is also used internally to generate reports to evaluate the Service Department performance in meeting Company goals.•Provide remote plus on-site training and technical support to Kings’ service personnel nationally for Philips MRI systems. Other responsibilities included assisting or managing special projects as needed, and coordinating of OEM service training for Kings’ engineers. •Maintained equipment at local Kings’ sites, assisting or managing special projects as needed. •Assisted with setting up Kings’ parts resource center by researching and establishing contacts for part sources, parts identification, and creating an inventory list of items for stock.
