Other core responsibilities include: managing sponsor & borrower relationships, assessing & proposing new capital structures that meet clients' needs, preparing investment materials, and presenting recommendations to Investment Committee(s). NXT Capital provides senior secured and unitranche financing solutions to private equity, sponsor-owned and other middle-market companies across the United States and Canada.
