Responsible for working with C-Suite(COO, CNO, CMO, VP Supply Chain, Surgical Services etc.) in major IDNs to determine needs and priorities for wound care. Product categories include devices, biologics, capital equipment and advanced wound dressings. Negotiate pricing proposals, risk share agreements and conduct business reviews with IDN leadership. “Quarterback” internal strategy by communicating needs analysis to executive leadership, regional managers and field sales to determine resources and ensure effective execution.

Responsible for leading sales team that includes 8 sales representatives across 4 states. Tasked with growing sales revenue for district of biologic skin substitute and wound products. Call points include the OR, outpatient departments, doctors offices and long term care.

Took over worst performing territory in 2011 and grew it to #9 ranking out of 64. Territory Manager for Michigan and NW Ohio markets. Responsible for driving sales of biological skin substitute product into Operating Room and Outpatient Centers. Work directly with multiple surgeon specialties including Plastics, General Surgery, Vascular and Podiatry.
