OVERVIEW:(NOTE: Bombardier sold to Directional Aviation Capital in 2013. DAC is a $950 million company that provides fractional jet ownership to corporations or individuals) Led all aspects of the entire supply chain for 2 sister organizations (FlexJet in Dallas and Flight Options in Cleveland), including purchasing, inventory management and analytics, planning, warranty administration, and warehousing / distribution. Held full financial, personnel, operational, and strategic accountability. Directed all supply chain functions supporting Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities for 140 aircraft across 8 locations nationwide. Managed $48 million budget and $68 million inventory/asset base. Supervised and mentored team of 41 direct/indirect reports.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:★ Drove key negotiations that led to 6-figure and multimillion-dollar savings as well as revenue gains, including the following negotiations:→ $4.6 million savings (66% savings over program lifespan) through Landing Gear negotiations.→ $2.4 million savings by improving supplier agreements including term increase from 4 to 10 years.→ $1.4 million savings in annual purchasing costs through innovative program for asset repair vs. buy.→ $760,000 savings (annual) through renegotiation of corporate freight budget.→ $250,000 revenue stream by negotiating 3rd-party consignment agreement that removed slow inventory.★ Spearheaded major business initiative involving deployment of CAMP solution (Materials and Maintenance software application) coupled with nationwide supply and demand planning process. Integrated best practices and procedures during conversion to a single company system.★ Realigned departments across 8 nationwide locations to operate as a single unit and maximize efficiencies following merger in 2013. Developed Rotable Inventory Management (RIM) program offering for regional carriers that was designed to pool materials and support multiple customers with a guaranteed service level while providing a world-class customer support network.
