Review monthly financial statements. Provide training for facility CFO's and staff to ensure internal controls are in place and being met. Perform desk audits, on-site audits, and balance sheet reviews. Provide support to division CFO's to ensure division level controls are met.Review Monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet variance explanations.

Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 325-350 employees.Perform month end close procedures including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank statement reconciliations.Help prepare budgets, quarterly reports, and other assigned duties.

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and coordinating all activities with regard to selection, negotiation, purchase, storage and distribution of all materials and services pertinent to the hospital. Provide counsel to all levels of the organization on matters pertaining to the quality, source of supply and prices of material. Responsible for cleanliness of the hospital and 2 other office buildings by overseeing a staff of 20.

Control of general accounting area and for financial statement and report preparation. Responsible for general ledger, budget reporting, and statistical accumulation. Assist departments with annual budget preparation and budget reviews. Prepare required tax returns, bank statement reconciliation, cash flow statements, and process 1099's and W-2's.Perform all functions of AP and assist with payroll.
