Strategic Sales Manager with a stretch role of Market Director, working directly with Owners in the Dallas and Fort Worth Markets. Providing building solutions to Owners for HVAC, Controls, Security, Fire-Life Safety and Lifecycle Solutions.Managing Sales for Top Line Secured Volume, Secured Margin Rate and Net New Recurring Revenue for the HVAC Owner Direct business through a team of New Business Development Reps, Service Sales Reps and Strategic Account Managers that sell a combination of New Service Agreements, Labor / Material projects, Owner-Negotiated Projects & Technologies to Director and C-Level Buyers. The responsibilities of the Market Director are to support the Market General Manager in aligning companies vision and culture, assist Local and Region Leadership as advocate for change in local market, develop deep customer market relationships, making customer and employee trade off decisions that affect local customers, leading communications across the branch/markets, building and leading best-in-class Safety Culture, and focus on key strategic accounts.

Overall management direction for all aspects of the construction process from estimating, budgets, procurement of materials, subcontracts, job costs, billings, schedules, quality assurance, conflict resolution, project close-out, leadership and technical support. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of everyone involved, reporting revenue and margins while also building and maintaining strong customer relations.
