Command Center (CCNI) is a publicly traded $100 million revenue staffing company operating over 60 locations in 22 states.Responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting including staff development, SEC reporting, audit, tax, acquisitions, investor relations, banking relationships and cash management. Significant accomplishments include: Leading efforts on several acquisitions including both public and private targets. Negotiated an improved banking facility for the company including competitive bidding with several lenders.Initiated an investor relations outreach program including conferences, investor calls and non-deal roadshows to improve awareness of the company. Improved liquidity by implementing a stock buyback program. Leading the company program to move from the OTC to the NASDAQ. Rebuilt the accounting department from Coeur d’Alene, ID to new corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. Includes hiring and training for all accounting positions.

Acumatica is a PE backed SAAS provider of ERP systems targeted to mid-sized businesses. Responsible for establishing all aspects of the accounting and finance structure for early stage company. Acumatica is headquartered in Kirkland with its full development team in Moscow and a sales office in Singapore. Built an accounting team following the corporate relocation from Virginia to Washington. Implemented the accounting processes to prepare the company for an initial audit. Led to the completion of the company’s first audit improving investor confidence and providing the company better access to capital.Financing. Negotiated with existing investors and Board of Directors to close two private equity financing transactions.Led the opening Singapore office for sales in Asia.
