About Jeff Winker

I have broad and deep experience in commercial real estate, with a background in accounting and finance. I have experience in real estate development, asset management, property management, arranging debt and equity financing, loan workouts, asset acquisitions and dispositions, accounting and property management system installations and conversions, and single-family lot development. I have extensive experience in master-planned communities, retail, multifamily, and office buildings. I also had extensive experience in the early 90's consulting with failed banks and thrifts on their real estate, playing a senior role in the liquidation of the Sunbelt Savings Receivership, and performing due diligence on a countrywide basis for acquirers of non-performing loan portfolios.
