As the Area Wide Director of Instructional Technology, I lead the Learning Support Services (LSS) department and Virtual Campus staff underneath the Vice President for Innovation and Instruction. Located on the Grand Island campus, I manage the full-time and part-time team of instructional technology specialists located across three campuses and multiple sites, the UDL and assistive learning manager, and the media producer. Additionally, I administer the departmental budget and serve as the Canvas LMS Administrator. LSS works collaboratively with all faculty and staff on Canvas training, reporting, or technical support issues. As a comprehensive community college, CCC spans a 25 county service area encompassing three campuses and four learning centers in Central Nebraska, located in Grand Island, Hastings, Columbus, Kearney, Holdrege, Ord, and Lexington, respectively.
