About Jeff Worthy

Seeking a management position where I can use my experience as a Plant Controller to lead a business to growth and profitability. I have experience working in the Automotive, Frozen Food, and Plastic Recycling industries.I have worked in large corporations (Coca-Cola Company, Tyco Corp., and Schwan Food Company) and have also worked in smaller companies (International Recycling Group, LLC and New United Resource Recovery, LLC) where policies and procedures have to be created. I am a very “hand-on” manager and enjoy getting involved in the detail levels of the operation. My experience as a Plant Controller includes managing a plant P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. Also, includes monthly meetings with senior management to review financial performance of the plant. I have a detailed knowledge of standard cost systems and have used several large ERP systems including SAP. I am very experienced in creating annual operating budgets and financial forecasts. I have managed a department with as many as nine direct reports.
