About Jeff Wright

I am Managing Director of CFA Minneapolis. My firm specializes in working with owners of $5 million to $50 million privately held companies who are looking to exit or take some chips off the table. We manage a confidential, competitive auction process to get our clients the highest valuation possible. We expose our clients to hundreds and sometimes thousands of potential suitors, both pure strategic buyers and private equity firms. We believe the best way to get a premium deal is to have many motivated buyers in the process. My partners and I are FINRA licensed and can legally advise on securities transactions.This is a "sellers" market right now, with lots of capital chasing too few deals. There may never be a better time to receive a premium offer and in the process reduce personal risk by diversifying a business owner's wealth.
