SYSTEMS IMPELMENATION Managed and oversaw the implementation of technology and business processes into multiple warehouses across the U.S. Completed business process and technology assessments to obtain answers and create implementation plans. Participated in senior staff meetings presenting the new system functionality and identified functional business owners (inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation) within the company. Conducted interviews with all operations staff using the current operating system, collecting day-to-day procedures, listing all users involved in each transaction, how each transaction was completed in the current system, and the time line of each transaction.  Identified any system or non-system generated reports or spread sheets used to complete these transactions and collected daily, weekly, and monthly system generated reports.  Highlighted any software interfaces to current system, such as Red Pairie, Voxware, Roadnet, Roadshow, Qualcomm, and Smartdock. Captured and defined data and data format being imported and exported and determined how often the data was imported and exported. Collaborated with Software Company if any change in data or data format needed to be made, as well as programmers to enhance current system.  Coordinated cross-functional resources in order to complete analysis and follow the life cycle of each transaction. Determine new hardware needs and location for wiring purpose. Developed and implemented process and technology training for end users and supported users in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
