Jeff C. Wright is a Senior Partner with Fee, Smith, Sharp & Vitullo and represents national and regional clients in the areas of Commercial, Non-subscriber, Tort and Employment Litigation. During the course of his legal career, he has successfully tried numerous cases to juries and to Arbitrators, resulting in favorable verdicts for his clients. He represents business entities and individuals in a variety of matters including non-subscriber employer defense, commercial disputes, premise liability, personal injury, fiduciary liability, construction defects, employment-related disputes, health law and insurance-related matters. Jeff takes great pride in the fact that his clients entrust him to represent and defend them in all types of litigation. He handles all of his cases, large or small, with the same passion and aggressive approach, while always keeping in mind his clients’ goal of obtaining a successful and efficient resolution.Jeff graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993, where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree, majoring in finance. He earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1998. Jeff has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since November 1998 and is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Texas. Jeff is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.In 2017 and 2018, Jeff has been named a Texas "Super Lawyer" by Texas Super Lawyers magazine. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association. Jeff was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is also a registered member of the Cherokee Nation.
