Specific responsibilities include customer quoting, BOM and drawing maintenance at a prototype level, tier 2 supplier development, managing DV and PV testing (plan, build, and test), warranty countermeasures, and trouble-shooting of failure modes - customer and internal.

Responsible for central hydraulic control unit of a semi-active suspension for military vehicle application, from design inception to product launch. Responsibilities included DVP&R development, FMEA creation and maintenance, managing of prototype builds and testing, sensor integration / software programming, and on-site support for Government proving grounds. Other projects included geared hub, brakes, and shock absorbers.

Performed quality related tasks for vehicles post-launch including issue identification, analyzing root cause and read-across potential, and developing corrective actions. I was responsible for developing best practice documents, updating SWIs, and updating FMEAs with new failure modes. My primary focus was body hardware (handles, latches, liftgate props, etc).
