• Lead consultant on company’s largest project, a $70M multi-site, multi-product implementation of 7products for the Federal Emergency Management Agency
• Led team of three consultants in first phase of project to successfully design and implement a customwarehouse management solution (WMS) at five sites, resulting in the awarding of $6M maintenancecontract as well as.
• Led team of ten consultants in second phase of project to upgrade solution. Project responsibilities includegathering client requirements, determining design of solution, configuration of solution.

• Applied lean and six sigma methodologies as an internal consultant to Simmons manufacturing network
• Analyzed plant processes and productivity metrics in order to foster continuous improvement and identifyareas of improvement
• Championed and successfully completed 5S (workplace standardization) initiative to implement 5S into theculture of a high volume plant. 5S is actively practiced and maintained in Waycross, GA plant.
• Heavily involved in several improvement projects centered around implementing lean principles andprocesses in manufacturing plants. Activities included training of associates to lean methodologies,facilitating kaizen.
• Responsible for managing and facilitating a production pilot for a $15M box spring cost savings project
