Created and executed the approach for international strategic church partnerships. Once a church was established, collaborated with NPM partner coordinators to mobilize 800+ volunteers and staff to provide in-country support. • Provided and communicated the unifying vision and focus for church partnerships aligning with NPM vision• Built and implemented policy and strategic direction for identifying, vetting, and recruiting international churches; evaluated churches in 25 countries with diverse cultures and leadership styles, establishing up to 16 North Point international partner churches• Coached pastors and partner churches through all aspects of organizational strategy, persuading them toward implementation of the NPM model and adjusting for cross-cultural adaptation; built trust with local leadership infusing North Point model DNA• Co-keynote speaker at leadership conference on the step approach to international strategic partnership
