West Troy is a contract manufacturer offering light gauge stamping, plastic injection molding, sub-assemblies, and Progressive Dies for Tier 1/2 companies. Our people take considerable pride in supporting our customers in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

I resumed my work with this consulting business when my role with Judius Group ended after consolidation of the company in Sydney, Australia with that of the parent company in Melbourne, and closure of the company in Dayton, Ohio.I have secured multiple US Patents with several still Pending. I have also recently earned a patent in China, and have more.

I was responsible for leading the business based in Sydney, Australia (Judius Pty. Ltd.), and the separate company that we started in Dayton, Ohio (My Paintbox, Inc.). Both competed as distributors of educational products, and while Judius served over 10,000 educational retailers, primary schools and childcare centers My Paintbox served only one childcare.

I created this company as a platform for developing patent applications, and consulting within the Power Packaging Industry. I partnered with a Private Equity Firm to build a holding company designed to consolidate this industry. My consulting ended when the first deal was successfully completed, and I joined Judius Group as President.

I was responsible for leading efforts to improve operational and financial performance. The people responded extremely well to our initiatives, and our customers, bankers, and suppliers benefited from their outstanding performance. I consider it to have been a privilege for the amazing opportunity given to me by the owner, David Girtz.
