Hired as the organization's only employee, at half time, within three years I successfully built the organization to three full time staff and a budget of over $300,000. Trust programs have included an education program that now brings over 4,000 children to the park each year to learn about science; replacing the park's ambulance; launching a new Artist in Residence program; and presenting a range of events, from yoga workshops to Family Days, to help people experience the park in new ways while raising the profile of the Trust.

I helped analyze the economic impacts of alternative mitigation strategies, drafted sections of the groups final report, and assisted in meeting facilitation.
