Reporting to the Director of Operations, North America, I was responsible both for commercial negotiations, PNL through budget planning, manufacturing and future relationship building with our largest customer in addition to identifying new ones. Our largest customer represents 4 million sold units yearly with yearly sales exceeding $35 million USD. Leading a team from our London office, we support daily operations through capacity planning, problem solving, process / manufacturing troubleshooting and cross functional teams. With our North American manufacturing located in Reynosa, Mexico; our Application Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Program Management center in London, Ontario and our parent division located in Wuerzburg Germany, we communicate regularly while utilizing the McDonald’s strategy to ensure harmonization amongst all sites, while capitalizing on each facilities synergies.

As part of career development program, accepted a 2 year international assignment. Reporting to the VP and Key Accounts, Manager, Marketing/Applications, I was responsible for the provision of all technical and commercial support to both TIER 1 and OEM customers for all North American accounts within the European manufacturing facility. Facilitating all manufacturing / commercial and program related issues through various departments while forming strategic business plans in an effort to further penetrate the North American market with European technologies. Leading / organizing a team to transfer production from our Mexican Maquila Park facility to our France facility while maintaining all quality, QS, budgets and customer concerns. Launched SIEMENS VDO new motor technology with a newly established North American TIER 1 / OEM customer for heavy trucks.
