I support car, RV, and powersports dealer principals, their families, and executives nationwide. This includes managing reinsurance assets with insurance administrators, such as Portfolio, AGWS, Brown & Brown Dealer Services, Triton, EFG, Ethos, Assurant, Zurich, and factory programs like Ford Protect and HondaCare. My work is differentiated from other asset managers in this space as I guide dealers through technical issues like formation/structure, compliance, and control groups, among many others. All of this advice is rendered as part of our advisory offering as fiduciaries who work for and are only compensated by the dealer principal.Additionally, I spend a significant amount of time preparing dealer principals for liquidity events, post-closing management of reinsurance assets, and managing their balance sheets post-closing. Before joining Miracle Mile Advisors, I was the Vice President of Strategy for Karp Capital Management, which merged with Miracle Mile and received investment from Corsair Capital.Outside of Miracle Mile, I advise the board of Pray.com, the leading social networking platform for faith and spirituality, and Beyond the Brotherhood, a group dedicated to helping Navy SEALs transition from service to civilian life.
