As Manager of Global Operations my team and I oversee the majority of the production and non-production environments totaling over 2500 systems. Primary responsibilities include hardware ordering, performance analysis, capacity planning, GLB management, CDN management, optimization and monitoring of production web-sites and relevant infrastructure elements for Match.com, Chemistry.com, PeopleMedia.com properties, MSN Dating and Personals, AOL and Yahoo Personals using Nagios, Keynote, Akamai, Graphite and Grafana.
