Executive Search, Board Selection, Talent Acquisition, Career Strategies, and Business Development are where my skills, experience and expertise intersect after 30 years with EY and Arthur Andersen. Leading and guiding executives and professionals inside and outside EY and Andersen to understand the power of relationships, career management, mutual trust and commitment have been my mission. EY senior leadership and the EY board asked me to build, lead and execute on EY Alumni and Former Partner program with over 250,000 EY alumni across the US and Americas. I established programs for corporate board members, senior executives, former partners and alumni from every industry sector and all walks of life. EY's alumni brand now rivals McKinsey globally as a result of EY leadership's investment going back 10 years ago and my appointment to lead the effort. In addition, I established Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture)'s executive and experienced recruiting function nationally while I was in New York.
