In 2018 I moved to Colorado to work in the Cannabis industry. It quickly turned into a passion of mine. Quality over quantity in everything; work ethic, communication, critical thinking, etc. In 2019 I was given the opportunity to start in the Cannabis industry from the bottom working as a packager for several months. During this time I made it very clear to my employer I was willing to do whatever possible to make the company successful by being well versed in a wide variety of skills. I was able to move out of packaging and into my goal career path of extraction. Once moving departments I strived to compile as much knowledge as possible about the extraction process; more specifically in super critical CO2 extraction. Extraction was performed with using a closed looped system made by Tharr. In addition, I was tasked with operating our numerous filtration methods using a number of different sized micron filters at different temperatures.
