Jeff was the lead consultant in the benefits department at Keys Insurance. He was responsible for all five of their locations throughout the state of Florida. In his seven years with the firm he built a sizable benefits business. Jeff was also involved in the sales and marketing of commercial products focused mainly on workers comp and commercial programs.

Primary role was the sell and marketing of large group benefit plans throughout the South Texas and the Valley. Over the years I have held a number management roles in several different markets for Humana.

I ran the sales operations for the mixed-model HMO for Prudential / PruCare in the central Texas area. During my time, I realigned the sales force and support staff so that the Plan ran profitably for the first time in several years.

I was task with the market start-up for Humana. My responsibility was heavily devoted to developing market relationships within the broker community and the development of new business. I was task with the re-launch for Humana’s New Orleans market after they abruptly closed it three years prior. The responsibility of re-kindling past market relationship within the leery broker community was daunting but doable.
