Manage the design team from schematics through Construction Documents. Coordinate all owner supplied components from lighting, Signage, Low Voltage, Audio Visual and Art. Attend all meetings to help with the Construction challenges as they present themselves.

Liaison between the design group and the builder for 4 High Rise Condo/Hotel Towers, Retail Venue and 2 Parking Structures at City Center, Las Vegas. Coordinate all trades from Structure to Finishes.

Leading Design firm in Las Vegas. I was liaison from the field to the office. Coordinated MEP and other related issues with the General Contractor and the Subcontractors.

Responsible for all aspects of Design Development and Coordination with Consultants to develop the construction documents. Met with clients to review design documents, made field observations and construction administration.

General responsibilities where drafting for subdivisions, i.e. Plat Maps, street improvement plans, Utility Plans. I did this for about 16 months. When the Architectural Division opened, I was transferred. For the next 8 months I worked on House Plans and started a Waste Water Treatment Facility.
