Project Manager for commercial construction

Responsible for overseeing planning, logistics, supervision, and documentation of execution of multiple 2”, 2.375”, and 2.625” coiled tubing units for applications including composite frac plug millouts, acid squeeze, plug and packer setting, TCP ball drop systems and coil tubing shifted sleeves • Proficient in the management of complete well site location operations including flowback, torque and test, downhole tools, fluid pumps, water transfer, and mixing plants • Use operational business knowledge to make tactical decisions and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials and personnel within a District in day-to-day operations. • Validate job proposals and reviews requirements versus available resources. • Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within assigned District. Coordinates the engagement and use of third party services and equipment. • Utilizes technical and/or operations expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers. Orders equipment specific to customer specifications/requirements. • Communicates job specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff. • Creates job packets pursuant to contracts and pricing agreements for all jobs. • Communicates effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities. • Interfaces and works effectively with field operations pursuant to service quality, employee development, worksite safety and process improvement issues. • Performs coil tubing operations in monobore, horizontal well designs with laterals up to 2.5 miles • Establishes relationships with new clients and consult existing clients on optimizing completions procedures, as well as provides best-in-class service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business • Familiar with Spraberry, Upper Spraberry, Lower Spraberry, Bonespring, and Wolfcamp, Eagle Ford formations

• Responsible for overseeing planning, logistics, supervision, and documentation of execution of five-men, 2.625” electric over hydraulic coiled tubing unit, specializing in composite frac plug millouts and TCP applications • Performed operations in monobore, horizontal well designs with laterals ranging from 1-2.5 miles • Exceptional multitasking skills demonstrated by managing inexperienced crew members in addition to leading numerous other vendors on location • Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and other vendors to successfully complete wells within given client procedure • Demonstrated superior documentation and reporting skills, as well as content mastery of software programs including Cerberus, CoilCAT, and Orion

• Efficient with the mechanics and operation of coil unit, fluid pump, and nitrogen pump • Understanding all aspects of the operations on well site and developed foundational knowledge of wellbore dynamics • Being a team leader and assist crew supervisor in managing and delegating all responsibilities, paperwork, safety, and PPE • Developed leadership skills to effectively delegate tasks and accomplish directives using teammates • Transport equipment safely and within DOT guidelines, inspect all paperwork and permit

• Trained on a variety of frac equipment and specialized in efficient rig up and rig down • Assisted in servicing and maintaining various equipment on location • Completed all safety training and met CDL requirements
