Single point of contact (SPOC) for the transition of 1200+ server to HP for remote support of HW and OS. Created Perl and Shell scripts that were instrumental in minimizing personnel intervention during the transitions.- Wrote Perl and Shell scripts to create new Policy Model databases (PMDBs) that cut the time of creating new PMDBs from hours to a few minutes.- Coordinated the security piece of the transition of 1200+ servers.- Diagnosed and solved level 3 day to day tickets.

Led the global disaster recovery planning and execution for 6 global HP data centers for the ALU account. Also led the data center capacity management team for the same 6 global data centers.- Led bi-weekly meetings with our ALU customer and was able to remediate a list of 21 items of contention in 10 months. This represents a 66.7% improvement in resolution time.- Improved the Capacity Management reporting by scripting the data gathering to cut the time required by 95%.

Responsible for the HPUX and SOX teams for all of the Americas. Made team assignments and contributed to the performance review process.

Maintained Solaris, Linux and HPUX server’s OS and HW. Technical lead for the transition of support work for 4000+ servers from on-shore to best-shore support. Coordinated all space, power, networking, monitoring and physical logistics of servers in the Plano data centers.- Saved the company 65% on employee costs from the transition of support work from on-shore to best-shore resources.
