As the principal software engineer for our internal application development team, I am responsible for the design, implementation, and follow up of dozens of internal initiatives to improve, integrate, and automate processes inside of the business. I have spent the entirety of my software development career also doing contract work for a variety of clients. My contracts have enabled me to work on a wide variety of platforms and infrastructure. Responsible for both the creation and maintenance of tools for the day to day data operations of the business. This meant working on a variety of different projects. Directed a team of 3 people to take care of all aspects of software creation and implementation for the company.

Performed extensive internal application integration with Salesforce.com. Including but not limited to customer and opportunity synchronization between our internal CRM and salesforce. Full data backup from salesforce.com to our internal db servers. Updating opportunities in salesforce when opportunities turned into sales. Also created an internal reporting framework that used Crystal Reports, ASP.net, SOAP web services, and the db from our MRP software (Syteline). The last large project completed was a tracking system for tracking digits (individual circuit boards), through production and into storage. This system used asp.net, barcode scanners, and barcode labels to allow workers to scan a digit, then scan a tote and pallet. This enabled anyone in the company to be able to see exactly where any manufactured piece was in the warehouse at any given time.
