Sr. Recruiter - Clinical Laboratory
Current- Responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for various roles across the company- Collaborate with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies for current and future career opportunities- Facilitate all reporting and meetings with stakeholders for the Madison Clinical Laboratory team- Conduct weekly 1-1’s to coach and mentor our laboratory recruiters and sourcers- Manage relationships with key stake holders, agencies, and the TA leadership team - Continue to develop myself in the areas of leadership, sourcing strategy and D&I recruitingAccepted a Short Term Assignment covering a HRBP Leave from June - September 2022- Partner with Senior Director, HR to execute HR strategies for business unit and/or functional area for early level managers and supervisors.- Coach, mentor and develop new leaders for laboratory and operations supervising of production staff- Lead and support mid-level leaders in communication with employees on challenging situations, to identify objectives, strategy, talking points, and appropriate documentation.- Develop supportive and trusting relationships with leaders by holding office hours, attending team meetings and events, and seeking informal opportunities for connection and relationship-building.
