A job entering faxed customer orders started my journey at Grand & Toy. From that first position I continued in customer service with roles in Grand & Toy's call centre, technology help desk and exclusively assisting our key accounts (public and private sectors). After spending 5 years in these customer service roles I was promoted to Inside Account Manager managing small business accounts in the Lower Mainland as well as Northern British Columbia. In 2007 I was promoted to Outside Account Manager managing mid-market accounts in downtown Vancouver. In 2012 I was promoted to Key Account Manager managing municipal, provincial and federal government accounts as well as public and private healthcare accounts throughout the Lower Mainland. Starting in 2016 my role concentrated on healthcare and federal government sales covering all of British Columbia and Manitoba.
