• Leader of the financial planning tool. Setup & transitioned IIS Server, ASP/MS Access DB financial tool to our team on a very compressed schedule. Manage features and defects resolution schedule across all R&D budget.
• Security Test Tools Program Leader. This team provided the support and tools to R&D development and testing to discover and resolve security flaws. Worked with R&D leaders to show the benefits and drive security.
• Worked on an Integrated Project Team to design, test, and deploy a Task & Effort Tracking tools for CMMI L3 certification. All Verification phases completed on time and passed Project Team’ declaration.
• Studied Agile and Scrum methodologies and became a Certified Scrum Master.
• Lead various teams in the coaching and introduction of Agile & Scrum methodologies. Trained teams and prepared them for their first Sprint, and mentored the teams through the first couple of iterations.

• Pulled together all of the projects for the entire GTS team for sorting and evaluation. This lead to a better understanding of the ROI of all current and future projects.
• Condensed the process used for large projects into a simplified process that we can use for small projects, adding consistency to measuring the effectiveness of the process.
• Facilitated gathering funding agreements for the organizations 2008 budget. Devised a spreadsheet to map together resources, projects, and funding reducing errors in planning.

• Customer Advocate in the Automation Environment. Decreased number of issues by 70%, by getting the Richardson, Wipro, and Beijing development teams working together.
• Lead effort to create a PDS presence in Istanbul, Turkey with NETAS to support the legacy tools in Global Test Solutions.
• Managed the development of capacity tools for requested protocols using the Hurricane Framework. Put globally diverse teams together, coached and motivate these teams to deliver solutions on time.

• Supervised a team of the outsourced personnel in Bangalore India that maintained the testing infrastructure.
• Architect a capacity testing tool with the goals was to develop a common framework in C++ that can be used to create capacity tools for different Telephony protocols in half the time.

• Supported the Simulation/Emulation tool suite and environment. Ensured that a pool of ~300 nodes the R&D community relied on was maintained with 98% uptime.
• Responsible for determining and mentoring all College Co-ops handled all aspects of their time with Nortel.

• Coordinated the effort to add 10 separate tools to the Capacity Analysis platform (FACET).
• Project Manager of the effort to certify the FACET was Y2K compliant which completed on time and under budget.
• Pioneered a way to use a web based GUI & Excel as a capacity analysis tool which reduced the development and testing effort by ~35%.

• Facilitated the transfer a Mainframe MemCalc tool and Excel based Real::Time tool into UNIX based client/server platform called FACET. Introduced Project Management disciplines leading to more organized work effort.
