Managed teams focused on delivering block and object storage solutions. Directed the design and architecture work of cluster management and monitoring tools (Salt Stack, Python, REST APIs, Web UI). Also directed the design and architecture of a NAS interface for a private object store (multi-protocol NFS/CIFS, quotas, high-availability, global namespace synchronization). Worked with customers regularly to establish product requirements and build product roadmaps.

Architected a GPFS-based, scale-out NAS appliance with an object storage back-end - primarily C++ and Python. Developed C/C++ software for SCSI target user-space/kernel driver for Fibre Channel front-end to RAID storage system.

Shared responsibility for all software related tasks: design, engineering, QA, testing, debugging, etc. Played a significant role in bringing initial product to market.

Software developer at the former Technicolor Film headquarters in North Hollywood, contributing code to various projects including a high-speed film printer deployed at multiple, international sites and an in-house film color management system. Duties included design, budgeting, planning, implementation, testing and worldwide deployment. I received a company award in October 2004 for my contribution to the development of a real-time film color grading system. DreamWorks and Pixar used this system extensively for many film releases due to its realistic portrayal of the final film output. This system received a technical Academy Award in 2006.I played a major role in developing and supporting a film anti-piracy system in used by several Hollywood film studios including Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, Universal and Disney. As part of my efforts, I was named as co-inventor on two patents for the developed technologies.
