Hello everyone, my name is Jeff Bartuch. I grew up in a Southeast suburb of Chicago. I am the youngest of five brothers and sisters. I started my educational journey at Grand Rapids Community College and transferred to Davenport University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I am excited to accomplish this goal and expect to graduate May 1st, 2022.I am the proud father of two intelligent and beautiful daughters. Olivia who is 18 years old and Sophia who is 15 years old. Both of my daughters are involved in various activities, such as softball, choir, theatre just to name a few, and that keeps us pretty busy. I met an incredibly special person a eight years ago named Melissa and consider myself lucky to call her my wife. We were married on June 26th, 2021.I am fortunate enough to be a member of the Senior Analyst team in the Agent Experience and Support Services department at Foremost insurance, a Farmers company. Our team is located in Caledonia Michigan. Our primary function is to support our Help Desk Analyst team as they are the face of our department that takes calls from agents all over the country. When our Help Desk Analysts team needs help, they call us. We are the “Go To” team when agents need help with just about anything related to the Foremost insurance as well as technical support for the website in which we support. I like to describe my job to people as being similar to a family doctor. We handle just about anything, but when things are outside of our scope of expertise, we know the resources to use to tackle any problem and get it resolved fast.
