At CSLSR, the Technical Director focuses on all aspects of virtual, online, digital, and live events from strategy and concept to execution. Maintain the network systems related to the District's access control and CCTV/surveillance systems, including installation, maintenance and service; audits and ensures the integrity of the various systems. Serve as the Agency California CLETS Coordinator on matters pertaining to the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System. Create and maintain computer images for laptops and desktops used on County-wide secure law enforcement network. Make decisions/recommendations during critical incidents. Worked and lived aboard the ms Pride of Aloha, and the ms Pride of America. Operated and provided trouble shooting for all systems in the broadway-stage style theatre. Operated and provided support for all performance venues on the ship - from night clubs, to small cabaret spaces, meeting rooms, all with a wide range of technology in each space. Additional duties on board included being a member of the medical emergency response team, being trained and serving as a lifeboat crew member and Asst. Lifeboat Captain, and being trained in shipboard fire fighting.

As a member of the FCS Team, provided emergency air medical dispatch and flight following services to several regional air medical companies. Companies included REACH Air Medical Services, Tri-State Care Flight. Calls for service were sourced from 911 PSAPs and Hospitals in the service areas.

As a member of the support team, answered 1st tier support calls from a queue. Provided support for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, and XP Dialup Networking (DUN), Browsers, and a range of email clients. Also provided advanced technical support for DSL Users, and worked with outside vendors such as Broadlink Communications to service customer accounts who were using wireless services.
