As a team and community leader, I possess over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit world. With a focus on community engagement, team building, event management, strategic planning and execution - I have a well rounded and comprehensive background that serve me well as a leader in my current role. I am able to handle multiple projects in various phases of completion simultaneously, and have strong problem solving skills that allow me to troubleshoot, adapt and adjust effectively. As an advocate for the less fortunate, I am mindful in my decision making and risk-taking, and am considerate of social impact and implications. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and a Master's Degree in Sports and Entertainment Management from Neumann University. I am married to @Robin Baxter and has two daughters Campbell and Teagan and we live in Springfield, PA, a southeastern suburb of Philadelphia, PA.
