Primary responsibility to supervise 19 personnel responsible for maintenance and issue of all Naval Special Warfare inventory of Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats, Combat Rubber Raiding Craft, outboard motors and all breaching equipment.-Coordinated the Relief in Place / Transfer of Authority for 11 sites in Africa Command comprised of 230 personnel and 400K lbs. of cargo.-Trained and qualified 26 Small Craft Officers and 12 Force Personnel during Maritime Operations.-Served as the engineering liaison OCONUS during the construction phase of a 24k square foot $6.3 million dollar facility build project including mid construction modifications to the medical facilities and IT security upgrades.-Led a 560 person Cross Functional Team supporting sensitive special operations in East Africa to counter Violent Extremist Organizations, increase partner nation capability and capacity, and promoted regional stability.-Stood up a secondary Joint Operations Center, creating standard operating procedures, battle watch training programs, and operational watch rotations for 180 personnel to ensure continuity of operations for command control and battle field tracking for 15 real world operations.-Reorganized the Air Operations Department to better improve communication and operational support between multiple Department of Defense entities and Department of State supporting 300 Special Operations Force support missions with 1000 flights moving 1500 personnel, 2 million short tons of cargo valued at over $60 million dollars.-Managed two accountability program audits consisting of $9.1M worth of engineering equipment.-Incorporated a repair plan for 102 maritime operational components saving in excess of $750k.-Authored and implemented a job qualification and training program for small boat operations which led to 650 newly qualified personnel contributing to a flawless maritime safety record.
