Mildred Lake

Apprentice welder at Syncrude Mildred Lake Base mine. Primarily worked in the Mine Maintenance department. The maintenance was performed on the Draglines, Bucketwheels, Conveyors, Crushers, Trucks, Shovels and North Mine equipment. In addition to welding, our maintenance crew also consisted of Millwrights and Riggers. Whenever possible I would work with the other trades in an attempt to learn as much as possible.
