This position is responsible for the development, production and installation of interior and exterior signage for new and existing stores. To envision and then execute the strategy needed for successful environment outcomes at our new and existing retail sites. Manage the 60+ associates that make up our internal workforce as well as the service supplier base. Create and manage the $14 million dollar annual operating cost plan. Steer the strategy of the Program for Facility Services by collaborating with Facilities Design and Creative Services on new concepts, sourcing/procuring components (interior and exterior) and by managing the inventory of warehoused components.

This position's purpose is to assist the Facilities Design Department in improving the quality and accuracy of Publix construction documents (i.e., blue prints, floor plans, schematics, etc.) through review, analysis, tracking, documentation, and evaluation of prototype design and the implementation of revision requests.

Draft and design all electrical plans using electrical engineering concepts.

Supervise the income and distribution of items for the office and plant; Supervise/Manage several associates in the Shipping and Receiving Department; catalog items in a computer database; catalog purchase orders
