Water Quality Program Manager
CurrentOversight of the MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) Permit for overall compliance and reporting. Responsibilities include the coordination of commercial, residential, and capital site inspections, permanent TCM (Temporary Control Measure) inspections and maintenance, geographical information system tracking, dry and wet weather monitoring, and public information and outreach. Manages the development, implementation, and coordination of training criteria, literature, and procedures related to construction site inspections, construction document review, and TCM inspections and maintenance. Reviews materials for use on public projects and supports and oversees revisions to the City's MS4 Permit. Other duties include coordination with CDPHE and the EPA, the preparation and administration of the program budget, technical supervision and training of staff members, and assignment of work activities. Directs the Water Quality Program staff and reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.
