• Provide executive level leadership for Information Technology Services, a $4M division of 28 personnel in MIS, Networking, Media and Service Desk units • Develop and maintain a multi-year, IT Strategic Plan in concert with college governance• Early adopter of a cloud-based data warehouse integrated with AWS and Tableau empowering one hundred new users outside of the Institutional Research area to utilize research intelligence and analytics tools for data-driven decision making• Lead demand management effort at the college utilizing Team Dynamix with project teams and live, online road mapping to provide complete transparency of priorities and progress to the community• As a Gartner member 2019-2020 built an online service catalog providing improved resource management and awareness while also utilizing world experts in a CRM discovery• Utilize Clifton Strengths in team building to develop self-motivated teams with greater productivity• Led IT through two successful accreditation processes, and several State, Federal and PCI audit• Management of the college’s SIEM following the NIST framework and utilizing Cisco Umbrella, Sophos and Juniper firewalls, Barracuda cloud service, Office 365 and Alient Vault OSSIM• As the CISO led the college through the FFIEC cybersecurity risk assessment tool, PCI audit, FERPA audit, Internal Control Plan, annual WISP including compliance with GDPR, HIPAA and 201 CMR 17• Through annual CISSP training and U.S. Secret Service assistance developed a social engineering training program which reduced annual victims of phishing at the college by 99%
